Lynn Ashton Jr. is a third generation Phoenician.  After graduating from Brophy College Preparatory high school in Phoenix, Lynn served in the United States Army in Germany.  He finished his education at Northern Arizona University, with an extended History degree.

Lynn spent his early career as a construction superintendent then moved into sales with production home builders from 1986-1990.  He then went to work for the Highlands Management Company at Forest Highlands in Flagstaff Arizona in 1991 as an associate broker.  In 1997, Lynn became the sales and branch manager for DMB Realty during the launch of the second golf course in Forest Highlands.  In 2003, Lynn transferred with DMB to Verrado in order to open a custom home site and resale operation.  Today, Lynn works in Verrado as the Director of Sales and designated Broker of Verrado Realty.  Verrado Realty has 17 associates working throughout the western suburbs of Maricopa County.

Lynn has been married to Renee for more than 20 years.  They have two girls and a boy.  They live in Verrado and enjoy the life they sell.
